Powerful Love

Forever and always,
My love for you will be.
You will never know dear,
How much you mean to me.

I love you with all my heart,
Yet that doesn't feel quite enough.
To find the words to tell you,
I'm afraid would be too tough.

I would swim the deepest ocean,
Or climb the highest hill.
Would those statements spoken
Tell you my love is real?

Or do I quietly stand by you,
And whisper love sonnets through the day
While by your side I lay.

So you see I have a problem,
Coming up with a way to say
that more than anything in this world,
I love you and will for always.

Never in all of history,
Has one loved another as much.
As the love I feel for you dear,
Our hearts and souls have touched.
