Christmas Charm

Ring the bells and sound the alarm
The streets are filled with Christmas charm.
Peoples' laughing hearts filled with love
Passing each other, careful not to shove.

For Santa is watching the big and small
Passing out gifts to the best of all.
On our best behavior holding our breath,
Will the gift we want under the tree be left?

What will you get this time of year?
If I get my vote it will bring you cheer.
I wish you all that your heart desires
In the stockings you have hanging by the fire.
