Love, An Attitude Adjuster

Life was filled disappointments,
And nothing meant much to me.
Before you stepped into my life,
And set my spirit free.

Mornings come and instead of dread,
I look forward to the day.
For you have changed my attitude,
And blessed me in every way.
You cared for me when others failed,
And made me feel worth while.
And Now instead of "getting through",
I wake up with a smile.

I love the way you make me feel,
A love that is so true.
And now that you are in my world,
My skies are always blue.
